Ferrone & Associates, LLC provides management services to nonprofit organizations. The functions of management: planning, organizing, staffing, directing, monitoring, evaluating and adjusting, are essential to an organization’s success. Whether an organization is newly-formed, responding to growth needs or in transition, we can provide the needed support and guidance.

For newly-formed organizations, we can serve as the initial management team until the organization has matured to the point of hiring permanent administrative staff. Our services are designed to guide the organization from its startup phase to becoming an established and viable organization. During this period we provide the full range of management services from strategic planning and board development to budgeting, programming, marketing and fund raising.

For organizations responding to a need for growth, we can provide project management. We work with existing staff and volunteers until the project is completed and permanent support for the expanded level of programs and services has been secured.

For organizations in transition, such as a change in management leadership, we can provide interim management services that will allow the operations of the organization to continue until new management leadership is in place.

In providing our management services, we work with you, side by side, to identify key issues; to develop and implement positive solutions; and to monitor progress and evaluate effectiveness.
